  • Understanding the flow of work from client interaction to communicate the requirement concisely to internal departments.
  • Timely delivery of project with perfection and keeping quality assurance in mind.
  • Be the Single point of contact (SPOC) to the clients
  • Providing onboarding support to the clients include pre-sales queries about the product.
  • Manage client relationship and deliver on current requirements.
  • Upsell new opportunities by product promotion to clients
  • Proactively address issues that are escalated from the customer or the sales team
  • Ownership of resolution & escalation of client issues
  • Define and document workflow processes, SOPs, SLA's, metrics & policies
  • Serve as the point of escalation for issue resolution and queries
  • Documenting product features.
  • Proven experience in developing client relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Own lead generation and nurturing process through cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential prospects and key stakeholders within these organizations.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Introduce leads, organize online demos of the product and provide
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with field sales teams and pass qualified leads to them as potential meetings.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

    What You Need For This Position

  • Should have at least 2+ Years of relevant experience working in similar product.
  • Can handle the entire team and have experience of settling up the processes.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and prospecting role. SAAS/B2B software background gets an advantage.

We are looking for a techno-functional consulting champion who becomes the trusted advisor to clients and drives adoption of Oreops Platform to ensure customer success.

  • Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on business process
  • Configure and manage client’s instance on Oreops, Assist and Train clients to do it on their own
  • Devise engagement plans that consider customer business goals and map product capabilities to achieve these goals
  • Drive product adoption, increasing overall retention and achieve process success for customers
  • Support clients during critical phases
  • Support clients to resolve queries or bugs, as and when required
  • Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys
  • Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities
  • Share best practices with clients on how to achieve product success with Oreops
  • Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate
    What You Need For This Position

  • MBA/PGDM or relevant work experience after BE/BTech
  • 1-4 years of experience in technology consulting/customer management roles
  • Understanding of Technology systems. system implementation and understanding would be preferred
  • Good in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
