Exp: 1-3  years

  • Proven experience as tele-calling executive in promoting SaaS or Enterprise software
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, lead generation quote preferably over the phone and other mediums
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English
  • Hindi is added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection, Comfortable at initiating phone conversations with executives, navigating questions, and overcoming objections.
  • Experience using any CRM
  • Self starter, confident with owning responsibilities and experienced in seeing projects through from end to end

Would be responsible to:

  • To support the field Sales team by generating leads across the given region by helping the teams for developing business to the company.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Initiate sales opportunities with a balanced inbound/outbound approach by navigating accounts and hunting for qualified prospects and setting qualified meetings.
  • Work closely with a highly experienced Account Executives to define and execute Territory/Target account plans
  • Collaborate with the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel to closure.

We are looking for a techno-functional consulting champion who becomes the trusted advisor to clients and drives adoption of Oreops Platform to ensure customer success.

  • Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on business process.
  • Configure and manage client’s instance on Oreops, Assist and Train clients to do it on their own.
  • Devise engagement plans that consider customer business goals and map product capabilities to achieve these goals.
  • Drive product adoption, increasing overall retention and achieve process success for customers.
  • Support clients during critical phases.
  • Support clients to resolve queries or bugs, as and when required.
  • Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
  • Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities.
  • Share best practices with clients on how to achieve product success with Oreops.
  • Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.
What you need For this position
  • MBA/PGDM or relevant work experience after BE/BTech.
  • 1-4 years of experience in technology consulting/customer management roles.
  • Understanding of Technology systems. system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
  • Good in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch.

Exp: 2-5 years

  • Should have hands on experience with setting up CRM and Marketing Automation Tools such as mailchimp, hubspot.
  • Experience in running paid ad campaigns.
  • Should have good skills on Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Should have used tools like HubSpot CRM, LeadSquared,  Aweber, GetResponse.
  • Should have experience in managing social media for brands on main channels: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Forums, and Blogs.
  • Knowledgeable in Data Drive Marketing, Measurement and Attribution.

Would be responsible to:

  • Creating and executing multiple types of digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Knowledge around SEO / SEM, content, email, and social media, including best practices.
  • Basic Knowledge and understanding of website design and development.
  • Experience using a CMS system such as Word press.
  • Applied knowledge of online metrics tools such as google analytics and reporting.
  • Monitor and evaluate end-to-end campaign performance, looking at open rates, CTRs, conversion metrics, and revenue
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns (A/B testing, targeting, creative, messaging), implement those ideas, and track and report on results.

Exp: 3-5  years

  • Experience in Demand Generation, specifically in SaaS or Enterprise Software preferred.
  • Strong track record of successfully driving growth and scaling new products.
  • Track record of success managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills – passion for analyzing data and providing recommendations based on findings # Excellent organizational skills with an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise working with marketing automation systems and CRM systems such as Hubspot/Freshdesk.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record managing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
  • Team player who is able to work collaboratively across the organization with product, finance, marketing, sales, etc. in order to drive accountable lifts in revenue.

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of Website analytics tools.
  • Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Work with external agency resources to manage PPC and social media.
  • Customer case studies: Partner with customer success team to create case studies, and manage the distribution of case studieslead-gen.
  • Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to target segments and generate marketing qualified leads for sales.
  • Fill the top of the sales funnel with new leads and nurture existing prospects to meet defined goals for quantities and conversion rates.
  • Measure marketing programs at all levels of detail. Analyze outcomes, provide insights and present results to facilitate sound decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set goals and measure effectiveness of Business Development Representatives.
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
